Video footage shot on November 12, 2008. City hall film crew was not on hand. This footage is from a hand-held vidcam and is the only video record made of the event. Footage includes Kit McKeon and John Moore taking the oath of office followed by congratulatory comments from council. Video has been edited, footage below contains excerpted highlights.
