Chuck Schmieler, president of the Venice Airport Business Association, called me this morning to give me this quote on Kim Hackett's follow-up article:
"There have been at least three occasions when I have tried to explain to Mrs. Hackett the circumstances surrounding our work. I have either been unable to communicate with her or she has been unable to to understand what I said."
