The VTL has not endorsed you and can offer you nothing. It can risk losing its non-profit status. The Concerned Taxpayers PAC can and they are supporting nobody yet -- they haven't met yet and they have to vote on it.
If the Gondo printed it, they were wrong. If Herb said it, he was wrong. You can make no claim to Taxpayers League support or endorsement and as a board member of the League, I would ask you not to endanger our non-profit status by stating that the League gives you or anyone any support or endorsement.
This is not open to debate. If you have a problem with this, call Herb Levine at your earliest convenience.
