1.) No, I didn't write that at all, nor did I even
imply it. What I wrote was exactly what this web site's attorney told me. It's
not necessarily what I would have thought to be true at first, but he's an
attorney, I am not. YMMV.
2.) Obey the laws that cover him, which might mean that if the Herald-Trib is
not allowed in by the FAA, then he probably shouldn't go in, either -- problem
solved
3.) No, but state law does govern the mayor's actions, even when he's in a
meeting with the feds.
