Anyone able to email anything to the City? I tried City Clerk and City Council- got a mailer daemon "Connection failed. (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.)" It was suggested I was blacklisted. Who's running IT these days? Is this revenge of the nerds? Is that gratitude for receiving an award?
