Why are you so concerned about the price of his car? Why can't you use another lane to pass, or take another road. I also like the folks that drive slow. I can pass them if I choose. I make sure that I give myself amply time to drive somewhere, so someone driving slow is not the reason for me being in a hurry/late. It reduces stress a lot if you give yourself time to get somewhere.
