We can agree on that. But let's not revisit the prime reason that sordid affair played out: the City's failed legal strategy. The Mayor should have followed your advice early on, but he chose not to. But for the legal antics of Dale Scott and the City Attorney, the case could have been resolved within 30 days at a fraction of the ultimate cost in both dollars and consumption of staff/council's energies.
