We have lived in many cities during our careers, and my wife and I agree that Mr. Giles and Ms. Hackett have to be the worst reporters we have ever encountered...and what a disservice they are providing to the community. They must not check their facts or they get their information from unreliable sources. They are so obviously biased in their reporting. They are opinionated and present their own views unrelated to the story. Who do they report to and who are they trying to influence? You would think they would be smart enough to realize there is a bigger story behind the development of the airport,the Marriot and the Sunshine fiasco which was perpetrated to help in the ruination of Venice as we know it. They could be heros by reporting the truth and save our community from the vested interests of a few with dollar signs in their minds. It time they started reporting accurately for the welfare of the Venice citizens.
