You can get mirrors for your glasses or handlebars. Writing as an educated serious cyclist, I can tell you that biking against traffic is incredibly dangerous, stupid, moronic, the dumbest and last mistake you'll make. Just for starters, you have reduced reaction time for both you and a car driver into negative numbers. If you want to prove Darwin was right for yourself, fine, but advocating such suicidal behavior for others is dangerous and unconscionable.
