i see....i thought that there would be no get out clause if it were a lease option purchase; this has just happened to me in the Uk- i rented a house to a tenant who signed a 12 month lease on a furnished property and dissappeared after a month leaving the bills and taking all my furniture...a lose lose situation for the homeowner,,,,i suppose you have to look at both sides.
